How Can I Make a Return?
We accept returns on unworn product(s) sent back in their original condition with the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@temptressthreads.com to receive the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returns.
Returns are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Once your return is processed, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reflect, depending on your provider.

What If My Order Arrived with a Fault?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us on the delivery date via email at hello@temptressthreads.com with the following details:

- Your full name
- Detailed photos of the damage
- A written description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Problems with Delivery
Temptress Threads is not liable for missing parcels sent to an incorrect address or those requested to be left in an unsecured location. If your order is missing, please contact us at hello@temptressthreads.com.
Please allow extra time for transit delays. Note that we cannot refund or send replacements until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (25 working days for international shipments). Once this period has passed, we will replace the missing order.
Local Customs Duty/Tax Fees
Temptress Threads is not responsible for any additional import or custom fees incurred with your order. Please refer to your local government’s website for more details on customs and taxes. Below are some examples:
